The second-hand marketplace Users Voice Displeasure Over Sizing Updates
Shoppers are voicing their frustration after an update resulted in listings displaying inaccurate size information.
This online marketplace has updated its sizing categories for women's and children's garments failing to inform all users about the change.

Countless users and merchants are expressing on platforms stating that platform listings now display a different size category compared to what was initially listed because of the remapping.
Vinted explained the revised method more closely matches similar services.
They have suggested members to check their listings and adjust the sizing manually if necessary, resulting in member annoyance.
Size Classification Modifications
Before the change, the sizing featured a single numeric size and a letter, like S/8 or M/10.
The new system has an alphabetical indicator and numerical range such as S/UK 8-10.
With some products, the measurements have been reclassified - like an L measurement used to be a 12 but now shows as UK 16-18.
Shopper Experiences
Frankie Bridger, who produces content about larger sizing, said the change "makes both selling and buying harder".
"Rarely do manufacturers list XL as sizes 20-22," the way the service now categorizes.
Another user, located in Scotland, explained products she uploaded with size 14 tags were showing in the marketplace as size 20–22.
"If anyone [who is] size 20-22 buys them they may become frustrated," she said.
Manual Updates
Charlotte Lunn, based in Derby, stated she felt frustrated due to the update requiring manual adjustment the sizing for "all her products".
"This situation is especially annoying, because of my ongoing medical condition and selling on Vinted has been paramount after experiencing income reduction," she said.
Marketplace Information
The app has more than 100 million members, including 18 million in the UK.
It has become a favored option to second-hand platforms like eBay and Depop.
This represents another occasion that an unexpected update within the service has received backlash: previously, the service retracted a modification concerning shipment methods after backlash from users.
